It all began on a whim with a chocolate making class at a local culinary school. I’d been a dentist for 30 years and decided to color outside the lines for a change and embrace my culinary curiosity. I quickly became obsessed with the science and artistry that is chocolate making and soon SRL Chocolatiers was born. After enlisting family and friends to help with “beta-testing” ( not much arm twisting required) , off I went to follow my passion for artisanal bonbons.
What SRL Chocolatiers brings to you is an opportunity to indulge your senses and adventurous spirit. And while you’ll never get me to tell you it’s OK to skip the floss, eating fine chocolate is one of life’s small pleasures not to be missed! Enjoy the journey!
