Shipping:
All bonbons that leave our temperature controlled facility are inspected carefully, and nothing ships out unless it’s perfect. However, chocolate is perishable and if exposed to temperatures above 70 degrees Farenheit, your bonbons will not reach you in ideal condition.
Shipping chocolate to a warm climate (above 70 degrees Farenheit) is risky, but to ensure that your bonbons arrive in great condition, you must select UPS 2nd Day or Overnight shipping.
Please be sure to have someone available to accept delivery and bring the packaged bonbons into a temperature controlled environment immediately. We cannot issue refunds or replace products that have been damaged by exposure to extreme temperatures.

April- September
During warmer months, UPS 2nd Day or Overnight shipping is required to ensure that your bonbons will reach you in great condition. If you are shipping to a location warmer than 70 degrees Fahrenheit, please select UPS 2nd Day or Overnight shipping.
