All bonbons leave our temperature controlled facility after having been carefully inspected for quality. As chocolate is perishable, if exposed to temperatures above 70 degrees Fahrenheit at anytime on it's trip to you, your bonbons will not reach you in ideal condition.

To ensure that your bonbons arrive in great condition, you must select UPS 2nd Day or Overnight shipping if the shipping destination is above 70 degrees Fahrenheit.

Please be sure to have someone available to accept delivery and bring the packaged bonbons into a temperature controlled environment immediately. We cannot issue refunds or replace products that have been damaged by exposure to extreme temperatures.

Refunds:

We cannot issue a refund for products damaged in transit due to extreme temperatures. If you receive a product in unusable condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged product.

Store artisanal chocolate bonbons in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and strong odors. Optimal temperature ranges from 60-70 degrees F (15-21 degrees C). Avoid refrigeration as it can affect the chocolate's appearance and taste.
